1. Zero Tolerance for Unethical Inducements
We strictly prohibit offering, soliciting, or receiving bribes, unauthorized kickbacks, or illicit commissions from software vendors, hardware distributors, or client procurement personnel. Technical recommendations are made objectively based on client requirements.
2. Strict Policy Against Pirated Software
Our engineers will not install, configure, or promote pirated, unlicensed, or cracked software on any client workstation or server. We assist clients in verifying and acquiring authentic OEM software licenses.
3. Truth in Marketing & Promotion
We adhere to fair trade practices and the Consumer Protection Act. We do not make false claims, unverified performance guarantees, or claim accreditation authority belonging to statutory bodies like NABH or ABDM.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We treat all client corporate information, network credentials, and business processes as strictly confidential under binding non-disclosure standards.
